Social especially the blue app was on fire as Police’s political commissar and Police FC boss and former Ugandans On Twitter (UOT) president Asan Kasingye Celebrated his birth day. Many messages flowed on his timeline as tweeps wished the humble police servant many more years of happiness.
Asan Kasingye was celebrating 58 years but he however got surprised after revealing he forgotten the day but was only reminded by his secretary that today was his birth day. He brings police engagements online especially on Twitter with the young generation.
