Veteran defender Lawrence Kasadha has found a new home at BUL football club on a short term contract, the club announced on Thursday.
Kasadha signed a six months contract with the Eastern Giants but he will have to fend off competition from the trio of Douglas Muganga, Walter Ochora and Richard Ayiko for a starting berth in Alex Isabirye’s three men defense.
The announcement comes barely hours after the club confirmed the release of goal poacher – Musa Esenu to Rayon Sport of Rwanda.
“I am exceedingly excited to work again with coach Alex Isabirye,” Kasadha said to club media.
“We are going to work together as a unit so that we get the best results.”
“BUL FC is a good big club, therefore, fans should expect the best from the team and excellent performances from me.”
He has turned out for several clubs such as Jinja Municipal Hippos, Soccer Club Victoria University and KCCA in the Uganda premier league earlier in his career as well as featuring for Tusker, Bandari and Nairobi City Stars in Kenya, and has been a free agent since leaving Gaddafi FC last year.
