Police Arrests A Rescuer Suspected Of Killing And Robbing A Mobile Money Operator

The deceased was identified as Nakatudde Jackie a resident in Kisuuna Kimaanya Kabonera in Masaka City commonly known as Maama Owen.

It is alleged that the Bodaboda driver, identified as Father Noline, allegedly used to drive the woman home after work, but this time he started fighting with her and what happened next is still unknown, and the residents tried to grab the door to their room but they had locked them selves inside.

Neighbors saw the door locked from outside and the children they usually see early at school this time were no where to be seen.

The neighbors went to open the lock and came across the woman’s body.

Police were called and opened the door for the children who explained what happened.

Masaka police spokesperson, Asp Twaha Kasirye, said that among the rescuers included this bodaboda man, and a police dog surrounded him, and arrested him, and the same dog led them to his apartment.

The woman’s mobile money phone and cash were no where to be seen.
