City dwellers have been left in shock when a man who was driving his Benz registration number UBJ 241Y collapsed on his steering along the busy Gayaza road near Akamwesi mall.
Those known to him have identified him as Dr. Kamugisa Godfrey of Buliisa who is also a Supervisor Animal Production, Directorate of Gender at KCCA attached to Kyanja KCCA farm.
According to Luke Owoyesigile, the Deputy spokesperson for Police’s Kampala Metropolitan, Dr Kamugisha was found seated in his car at around 2pm today Sunday opposite Akamwesi Mall gate and rushed to Mulago him where Doctors confirmed him dead.
“When our police teams responded, the deceased was found seated in his vehicle and unresponsive”- Owoyesigire said
