News trending now indicates that Kira Municipality legislator also Forum for Democratic Party spokesperson has deconstructed the state house expenditures as parliament passes the 2022/23 national budget set to be read to the nation next month.
After presenting the report from the committee of annual budget estimates for the financial year 2022-23, the chairperson of the committee Hon Patrick Isiagi indicated that there’s a sharp increase in the resource envelope in comparison to that presented in the National Budget Framework Paper of the financial year 2022-23.
However, Semuju Nganda raised a red flag on the 8.3 bilion budgeted for renting offices of the 139 presidential advisors among whom include Janepher Nakangubi alias Full Figure, Mark Bugembe alias Butchaman, Catherine Kusasira among others.
According to Ssemujju, it’s immoral to consider spending billions on offices for people like Full figure when the health sector is in a sorry state and the money should be used to maintain the Intensive Care Units at the different regional hospitals in the country. He noted that Shs400m is needed to maintain the ICU at Naguru hospital, Shs500 at Hoima, Shs300 at Entebbe, Shs6 million for Moroto, and Shs800m for Mbarara.
“The list of presidential advisors include Full figure, Buchaman, Catherine Kusasira. For God’s sake even if your blind loyalist, how can you approve rent for Full figure when you don’t have money for maintaining ICUs across the country?” wondered Ssemuju.

He also took a swipe at the proposed UGX 17.2 Billion meant to buy Cars for Residential District Commissioners (RDCs), he says that money should go to rehabilitating general hospitals.
Prior to the 2021 general elections, president Museveni fished several musicians and vocal bloggers to counter the then fast rising popularity of Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine and all these were recruited as presidential advisors but up to now government has continued catering for them even when what exactly they do is not known since the elections ended almost a year ago.
